Transformer controllers RV ..B are designed to change motor rotation speed by changing voltage. Controllers are with transformers overheating protection function. The steps have fixed voltages and are switchable with rotary switch. With a single speed controller can control multiple motors, if the total of all motors power consumption does not exceed the maximum current.
